Exchanges

We realise that sometimes the sizing of products can be a little tricky to work out and we’ve given guides where possible but do appreciate they are indications rather than exact sizing.

Generally speaking, our Instructor team are able to let you know the most suitable sizing for you and if you’re unsure, please do contact ourselves or contact your Instructor directly to check.

With the exception of personalised items, we are happy to exchange products on the provision that they can be returned in the same condition they were received in.

Clothing is able to be tried on, and it doesn’t matter if the packaging can’t be returned, but we ask that it’s not trained in or washed.

If you wish to exchange an order for a different size, please contact us to let us know by messaging orders@mfstudentshop.co.uk

Please notify us within 30 days for an exchange.

Returns

We are able to accept returns and can issue refunds (excluding delivery fees) for items that are no longer required but are able to be returned to us in the same condition they were received in.

To return an item for a refund, please ship it back to us at the following address:

Please include your name and order reference number so we can efficiently identify your order. Please also let us know the reason for the return.

We’ll confirm when a refund has been issued and from this point it can take 5-10 working days to reach you but the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
